2016 - 2019
2016
- Hosted the Industry-Academia Summit at Hotel Shangri-La, New Delhi, in association with the Electronics Sector Skill Council of India and NSIC, attended by 110 institutions and 55 corporate representatives.
2017
- Began large-scale skill development initiatives, training 200 individuals under NSKFDC’s Non-PMKVY program.
- Conducted the Industry-Academia Summit at AICTE Auditorium, New Delhi, with 550 institutions and corporate representatives participating.
2018
- Expanded training programs under DWSSC, ESSC, and Media SSC, training a total of 10,938 individuals and successfully placing 7,378.
- Organised a Rozgar Mela in Gujarat, attended by 20,000 students and 150 corporates, where 4,000 participants secured jobs.
2019
- Partnered with FICCI to host the Facilitation Ceremony for World Skill Champions at FICCI, New Delhi, honouring India’s achievers in global skill competitions.
2020 - 2024
2020
- Expanded operations to new regions, focusing on providing employment-oriented training even during the pandemic.
- Developed innovative digital training methods to maintain engagement and deliver quality learning remotely.
- Strengthened partnerships with government bodies and industry leaders to continue skill development and job placement programs despite pandemic-related disruptions.
2021
- Launched key PMKVY initiatives under NSDC, training over 7,074 individuals and successfully placing 4,123, showcasing its ability to adapt and deliver during unprecedented times.
- Leveraged technology to offer hybrid training models, combining virtual learning with on-ground practical sessions.
2022
- Hosted the Startup Investment Felicitation Ceremony in association with Startup Stairs and NSDC at Hotel Leela, Delhi.
- Collaborated with Haryana Skill Development Mission and Startup India to empower startups, with over 300 representatives attending.
2023
- Conducted the “Startup Symposium & Industry Ignite” in collaboration with Startup Stairs, CII, and other stakeholders in Chandigarh, fostering innovation among startups.
- Initiated multiple ongoing training projects in Haryana and Uttarakhand, focusing on skill enhancement.
2024
- Initiated advanced drone training programs for 300 farmers in Haryana, certifying 140 participants.
- Collaborated with AICTE to set up AeroVision Labs across 50 polytechnic institutes in India.
- Strengthened international partnerships, including collaborations with Taiwan University and IIT Kanpur for UAV solutions.
- Organized the International Innovation Conclave 1.0 and the WISH inauguration event, emphasising innovation and rural entrepreneurship.
