1. No returns will be accepted for Items delivered in perfect condition, without any damages or
defects.
2. If the wrong product is delivered (e.g., different SKU than mentioned in the order confirmation)
or if there is a genuine quality or manufacturing defect, AVPL will replace the product upon
confirmation of the defects.
3. To report damage in transit please get in touch with our customer care within 48 hours of
delivery (Customer Care Number/email will be provided).
4. Our customer care team will review the issue and respond within 48 working hours.
5. Return will be processed within Thirty (30) working days from the date of receipt of returned
goods.
6. AVPL does not offer refunds for any purpose. A replacement will be provided as described in these
terms.
7. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, the following products shall not be eligible for
replacement:
a. Products returned without all original packing, accessories and retail box, including any items
originally included at the time of delivery.
b. Products that have been tampered with, repaired by the user, or have a broken warranty seal.
8. All shipping charges for product replacements will be covered by AVPL.
1. An order can be cancelled only before the products are shipped. Cancellation is not allowed once
the product is dispatched.
2. If you cancel your order before it has shipped, a full refund will be processed, subject to any
applicable fees. (within how many days?)
3. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee or bank transaction charge of 2.5% of the
total order value.
4. AVPL reserves the right to cancel any order placed by the customer, at its sole discretion, with
the purchase amount refunded to the customer.
5. The receipt of an electronic or another form of order confirmation does not constitute final
acceptance of your order. www………….in reserves the right to accept or decline your order after it has
been received, for any reason.
6. Although our online inventory updates automatically, www………...com reserves the right to notify
you via phone, email or text message if there is a shortfall in the quantity of any item you
ordered. In such cases, we may either provide a reduced quantity or cancel your order, with or
without prior notice.
