AVPL was established in 2016 as a Farmer Empowerment Agent with a focus on skill development & value driven training to the farming community in India.

Empowering Farmers and their Diverse Skill Sets: Creating New Avenues for Revenue and Self-Employment
Since its establishment, AVPL has developed an unmatchable footprint across agri communities in Northern Indian states mainly through vocational training and skill development programmes for farmers and their families.
• In 2022 AVPL launched its Tech Enablement vertical that offers cutting edge skills in areas of drone handling and drone operations.
• The business of AVPL revolves around the core competency of the Company in community engagement in the agricultural sector and inclusive delivery of value training
• Drones technology is rapidly emerging as an integral part of farming activities and AVPL is the pioneer in developing a self sustained ecosystem covering the entire farming value chain around drone technology.
• AVPL offers training to potential “Dronepreneurs” through structured training programmes supported by the government. Dronepreneurs will be offered support in purchasing the drones to be manufactured by AVPL .• These Dronepreneurs then emerge as providers of “Drone-as a-Service” to farming communities through an integrated community platform, also created by AVPL – the “Farmer’s City Mart”
