With nearly eight years of dedicated service in the Chief Minister’s Office of Haryana, Dr. Khandelwal held key roles as Additional Principal Secretary and Principal Secretary. Recently retiring as the Chairman of Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority in Gurugram, he brings a wealth of experience. Currently, Dr. Khandelwal serves as an advisor to AVPL, providing valuable insights on government policies.

Dr JS Yadav

Dr. Yadav stands as a distinguished expert and advisor, having played a pivotal role in various organisations and Government of India Committees in Agricultural Marketing. Renowned for pioneering Modern Terminal Markets, his expertise spans the conceptualization, designing, planning, and development of markets. Actively involved in the transformation of traditional agricultural marketing systems, Dr. Yadav contributes to creating a modern, transparent, and efficient platform. As an advisor to AVPL, he lends his insights to innovative agricultural marketing, fostering thriving Vertical Farmer’s Cities and positioning India as a hub for agricultural efficiency and global investment.

CA Raman Mangla

Raman Mangla, a director at Efficacy Finance Services Private Limited, registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and holding DIN 00482992. Based in North Delhi, India, Raman Mangla is actively involved with 10 companies, including Horizon Buildworth Private Limited, Plus One Infratech Private Limited, and Agm Consultancy Private Limited. Specialising in finance and statutory compliances, he currently lends his expertise to AVPL, providing valuable guidance in these domains.

He is recognized as a technocrat achieving significant milestones while serving Electronic Sector Skill Council’s CEO. Mohapatra’s steadfast commitment had steered ESSCI toward remarkable growth. Presently, he serves as an advisor to AVPL, offering insights in the domains of drone manufacturing and private sector services.

Lt Col Permender Malik

An accomplished leader in security management, strategically applies his extensive 23-year cross-functional military background to drive growth within the ecosystem. His wealth of experience encompasses a diverse range of military roles, providing a unique perspective on security challenges and solutions. Lt Col Malik is committed to leveraging his leadership skills and military insights to enhance the overall security framework and contribute to the sustainable development of the organisation.

Shri Sanjay Kakra

An accomplished professional holding qualifications as a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, Management Accountant, and MBF, he brings a wealth of expertise gained from his distinguished career at multinational banks, non-banking financial corporations (NBFCs), and blue-chip corporations. Throughout his journey, he has held senior management positions, contributing significantly to the financial and strategic growth of these organisations.

I had given my services to the most renowned companies in aviation and established and assisted around 15 Non Schedule organisations (Domestic & international) to establish them from initial stage like Dhillon Aviation, SAR Aviation, Indo Pacific, Deccan, IRM, A2Z Online Services, Reliance Tours and Travels, Fairwind Aviation, Art the Globe, Liftoff Aviation, Freedom Charter etc.

Manpreet Singh, Chief Financial Officer of our Company, is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience, excels in Goods & Services Tax, Accounting, Income Tax, Budgeting, MIS, etc. He has worked with Ernst & Young & Implement GST in Abbott Medical Optics private limited , Honda Siel Power Products Limited , AVTEC Ltd & United Technologies Corporation India Private Limited. Further he has also worked in VLCC Personal Care as head of GST Team. At AVL, he coordinates financial, operational, and functional aspects while continuously enhancing performance efficiency.

Beenu Kharbanda is a dynamic and motivated professional serving as the Company Secretary at AITMC Ventures Limited. With a passion for corporate governance and compliance, she brings fresh insights and a keen understanding of regulatory frameworks to the role.
She has gained valuable experience in her previous roles, including internships or entry-level positions in corporate law firms, regulatory bodies and corporate secretarial services. Harshit Gunwant, a horticulture graduate, has been actively engaged in the agri-tech sector since 2018, contributing in diverse roles such as business development, sales, and product management for agri-tech platforms. His expertise extends to start-up grants, fundraising, commodity trade, and advisory services through mobile-based applications. Harshit Jindal, Drone Engineer at AVPL Drones, completed his B.Tech in electronic and communication from Kurukshetra University in April 2021. He has 3 years of experience in the drone industry and possesses skills like PCB Designing, technical documentation , assembly integration and testing of multirotors and fixed wing and also experienced in multirotors piloting and flight testing.
